Domestic Considerations: Reserve Service Days (RSDs): A minimum of 38 RSDs per year is required to deliver a positive output.
Additional Service Days: Up to 88 Specified Task days are available subject to operational training and routine requirements.
Training Commitment:
Attendance at one training weekend per month is expected.
Participation in an annual two-week Annual Continuous Training (ACT) period is mandatory.
Attend courses recruiting events and conferences/meetings at locations away from RAF Digby as required.
Responsibilities -
1. Plan manage and assist delivery of the Unit recruiting effort.
2. Administer and provide assistance to the Unit CoC and the Units recruiting team.
3. Provide the Unit CoC with specialist advice on recruiting retention employer support (with RFCA assistance) welfare and staff engagement.
4. Coordinate recruit mentoring activity with the recruit mentoring team.
5. Act as Unit lead for delivery of Unit G4 requirements for OTT and ACT activities.
6. Plan and deliver outreach recruiting events in sp of the Unit recruiting plan.
7. Foster and maintain close relationships with employers and engagement stakeholders.
8. Maintain a Unit personnel risk register and statistical records/data.
9. Any other activity commensurate with rank experience and skills as required.
