2. Oversee and manage the EXP command center developing requirements for beneficiaries dashboards to effectively monitor and enhance the overall beneficiary experience.
3. Identify potential issues within the business process and raise red flags to ensure seamless customer experiences fostering continuous improvement and optimal customer satisfaction.
4. Compile and generate comprehensive experience insights reports for all beneficiaries highlighting key trends areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing overall customer experience.
Experience & Qualification
1. Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years CX or relevant experience in a B2C business or agency including direct interaction with customers.
