Job Summary
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing fire safety and other building mechanical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes safety regulations and industry standards

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation maintenance and testing of mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing fire protection systems and other mechanical infrastructure onsite.
- Monitor the daily work schedule of mechanical contractors ensuring that mechanical installations adhere to approved designs quality standards and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during mechanical works.
- Oversee and direct mechanical site teams and subcontractors providing technical guidance and support as needed.
