Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced I.T Assist Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah Saudi this crucial role you will be responsible for supporting the IT department in managing our organizations technology infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation.
- Assist in overseeing the daytoday operations of the IT department including network administration system maintenance and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage and prioritize IT projects ensuring timely completion within budget
- Provide leadership and mentorship to IT team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement effective solutions
- Conduct regular system audits and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed
- Develop and maintain IT policies procedures and best practices
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal IT service delivery
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in IT management
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure network administration cybersecurity and emerging technologies
- Proven experience in project management team leadership and budget management
- Strong problemsolving analytical and troubleshooting skills across various IT systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT service management and governance frameworks
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. ITIL CompTIA CISSP) preferred
