Faculty member in Nursing Program - Community Nursing
Job Summary
The Nursing Program is seeking a dedicated faculty member specializing in Community Nursing. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in teaching and learning a proven research record with publications in reputable journals and active engagement in community and social initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering highquality lectures and fostering an interactive learning environment.
- Supervising and mentoring students in research activities to enhance knowledge development.
- Providing academic advising and supporting student success.
- Engaging in community service and professional development initiatives.
- Managing administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Program Chair.
- Performing other academic duties as required.
Requirements
Education:
- A doctorate degree in nursing from a reputable university.
- Certified training in the specialty is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Proven ability to handle administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
