Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company s goals. Manages the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding. Works closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs optimize hiring processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Provides insights on market trends workforce planning and employer branding to enhance the company s recruitment efforts.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job posting resume screening interviewing and candidate assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Zoho Recruit and SAP SuccessFactors to enhance sourcing and hiring efforts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professional and timely communication.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve hiring efficiency and decisionmaking.
  • Work with employer branding teams to strengthen the company s reputation as an attractive workplace.
  • Stay updated on industry trends recruitment technologies and market best practices.
  • Lead mass hiring initiatives and specialized recruitment programs including graduate and internship programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies hiring regulations and labor laws.






Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment trends and enhance hiring strategies.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Immediate availability to join is required.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a digital transformation consulting firm (preferred).
