Commis III

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commis III to join our culinary team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Commis III you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of various hot dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
• Support senior chefs in menu preparation and
• Participate in food presentation and plating to meet our high standards
• Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste and maintain freshness
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Contribute ideas for menu improvements and new dishes
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fastpaced kitchen environment
• Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge under the guidance of senior chefs

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a highvolume kitchen
• Expertise in hot kitchen operations and techniques
• Culinary education or relevant vocational training
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking methods
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Detailoriented with a focus on consistency and quality
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Basic English language skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
