Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading EPC Contractor in the water and effluent treatment industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager with proven expertise in leading the commissioning of largescale desalination projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on highimpact water infrastructure projects in KSA driving the commissioning process from precommissioning to handover.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead commissioning of at least one 100 MLD Desalination project.
50 of experience in commissioning activities.
Strong understanding of construction and water projects.
Proficient in project management and scheduling tools.
Oversee precommissioning commissioning startup and test runs.
Ensure smooth compliant commissioning processes including PGTR completion.
Coordinate with project management to meet contract commissioning requirements.
Develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules.
Ensure compliance with codes standards and regulations.
Manage commissioning documentation (manuals SOPs reports).
Coordinate with consultants customers and vendors for commissioning and handovers.
Conduct interface meetings with disciplines for seamless .
Assist with construction and handover phases.
Share lessons learned to optimize processes and resolve operational issues.

Requirements
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in commissioning activities with at least 50 of the experience dedicated to commissioning roles.
Proven track record of successfully commissioning largescale projects ideally within the desalination or water treatment industry.
Strong technical knowledge in construction and water projects with a focus on commissioning and startup phases.
Proficient in project management methodologies scheduling tools and contract management.
Degree in BE/ in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
