Job Summary

Client Overview: Our client is a global IT services firm specializing in SAP solutions. With a presence in India the Middle East Europe and North America they serve industries like manufacturing oil and gas healthcare and retail. They offer SAP implementation consulting support and custom development. Join them for a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ITSM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct system testing troubleshooting and provide support during system implementations and upgrades.
Develop and maintain documentation related to processes procedures and system configurations.
Monitor system performance identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate systems and ensure seamless operation.
Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices new features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a System Analyst with expertise in IT Service Management processes.
Handson experience working with ServiceNow platform including configuration and customization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
ServiceNow certification(s).
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
