Position Summary
Work Dynamics Real Estate seeks a motivated Intern Portfolio Analyst to support our growing portfolio management team in Saudi Arabia. This role offers hands-on experience in real estate investment analysis market research and portfolio optimization while contributing to our dynamic investment platform across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis SupportAssist in financial modeling and investment analysis for Saudi Arabian real estate opportunities across office retail residential and mixed-use developments. Support due diligence processes by gathering property data analyzing comparable transactions and preparing preliminary investment summaries. Help maintain and update existing financial models under supervision.
Market Research & IntelligenceConduct research on local Saudi real estate markets including Riyadh Jeddah Dammam and emerging cities. Monitor market trends regulatory changes and Vision 2030 real estate initiatives. Assist in preparing quarterly market intelligence reports and competitive analysis studies.
Portfolio Performance MonitoringSupport portfolio tracking and performance measurement activities. Help prepare monthly and quarterly performance dashboards for internal stakeholders. Assist in analyzing portfolio metrics including occupancy rates rental growth and total returns across different asset classes.
Data Management & TechnologyMaintain property databases and investment tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail. Support implementation of new portfolio management technologies and reporting platforms. Assist in data validation and quality assurance processes.
Client & Stakeholder SupportParticipate in client meetings and investment committee presentations as observer and note-taker. Assist in preparing client reporting materials and investment presentations. Support relationship management activities with institutional investors and development partners.
Required Qualifications
Education & Academic BackgroundCurrently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Business Administration Economics or Engineering. Strong academic record with relevant coursework in finance investments or real estate. Professional certifications or real estate courses are advantageous.
Technical CompetenciesProficient in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated financial modeling capabilities. Experience with PowerPoint for professional presentations. Familiarity with database management and financial software platforms. Basic knowledge of real estate valuation principles preferred.
Local Market UnderstandingInterest in Saudi Arabian real estate market dynamics and economic development initiatives. Understanding of local business culture and practices. Awareness of regulatory environment including RERA requirements and foreign investment regulations.
Professional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Professional communication skills suitable for client-facing environment. Adaptability and eagerness to learn in fast-paced investment setting.
Language RequirementsFluency in English essential for international client interactions. Arabic proficiency highly preferred for local market engagement. Strong written and presentation skills in business context.
