Job Summary
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Finance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling trade finance operations including letters of credit bank guarantees and other trade finance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of letters of credit bank guarantees and other trade finance products.
Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers and counterparties to minimize potential risks.
Ensure adherence to relevant laws regulations and internal policies.
Respond to customer inquiries resolve issues and offer trade finance solutions.
Work closely with sales teams credit risk managers and other departments to provide trade finance support.
Track and analyze trade finance transactions identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with customers banks and other financial institutions.
Requirements:
Relevant academic background and professional certifications (e.g. CTP CTFP.
Minimum 35 years of experience in trade finance: Proven track record in trade finance operations risk management and customer service.
Strong knowledge of trade finance products and regulations: Familiarity with letters of credit bank guarantees and other trade finance instruments.
Analytical and problemsolving skills ability to analyze complex transactions identify potential risks and develop solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
