Job Summary

Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading organisation. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and offering.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
* Utilise various sourcing channels including online platforms social media and networking events.
* Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates skills and experience.
* Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role preferably within a large organisation.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is desirable.
