Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and onbrand graphics. To be capable of working exceptionally in a team environment. Also the ability to solve problems by doing thorough research and bringing design solutions to life that adhere to the marketing strategies and business goals.
Youll be tasked with conducting thorough market research and bringing design solutions to life that adhere to Calos marketing strategies and business goals while working with a dynamic and cross functional team.
Main Responsibilities
- Study design briefs determine requirements conceptualize visuals accordingly and work together with internal teams to get better understanding of the project vision ensuring the design meets all objectives
- Prepare rough drafts present ideas and test graphics across digital and physical mockups
- Produce eyecatching designs that are valuable and engaging for print collateral digital assets marketing materials and other materials
- Refine images fonts and layouts using design software
- Handle the design workflow from start to finish making sure that designs are consistent and align with the companys brand guidelines and objectives across all printed and digital media
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring that all deadlines are met and maintaining quality and consistency across all materials
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure designs are errorfree and in line with brand guidelines and amend designs after feedback
- Take part in creative brainstorming sessions and assist in the creation of original strategies and campaigns
- Keep up with developing technology design tools and industry trends to make sure that the companys design work is competitive and inventive
Ideal Candidate
- A bachelors degree in Web Media Visual Design or a relevant field is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience as a graphic designer along with impressive portfolio that highlights your creativity and design abilities
- Expertise in using the Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator and After Effects
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic
- Exceptional understanding of design concepts color theory and typography
- Wellorganized a great eye for detail creativity and a desire to push the boundaries in design
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities including the capacity to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Project management experience including the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
