Key Responsibilities:- Manage and continually improve workforce planning processes systems methods and approaches to ensure alignment with the orgnaizationbusiness needs;
- Manage and ensure the accuracy completeness and relevance of workforce planning data systems information and insights to inform workforce decision making;
- Design and develop solutions to workforce planning problems and issues to ensure effective risk management and workforce sustainability;
- Develop nurture and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the orgnaization
- Contribute to other HR related strategies and projects by providing workforce planning context and capability;
- Undertake other projects and duties as determined by management in the Human Resources department;
- Contribute to the development of organization wide controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of all workforce information used for reporting;
- Maintain and update appropriate policies and procedures to ensure they are relevant
- Maintain fair ethical and professional work practices in accordance with the orgnaizationsvalues and code of conduct;
- Work closely and coordinate with others in the organization to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of the workforce records
Qualifications:- Extensive experience of workforce planning methodologies approaches and systems
- Expertise in workforce planning in workforce planning disciplines including development of strategies operational workforce plans workforce analytics
- Experience in tailoring workforce planning solutions to meet varied needs
- Experience in developing workforce planning solutions in multiple industries
- Experience in leading a workforce planning function/team with regular deadlines and KPI reporting;
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) negotiate and liaise at all levels within the organization;
- Bachelor Degree in Human resources or related field
