The Digital Transformation Senior Manager is responsible for leading the organizations digital transformation initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive digital transformation across the organization including the adoption of new technologies processes and business models. The Digital Transformation Senior Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop plans to achieve the organizations strategic goals.

The Digital Transformation Senior Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop plans to achieve the organizations strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop plans to achieve the organizations strategic goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms to improve the organizations digital capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure that digital transformation initiatives are aligned with the organizations strategic goals and priorities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies and platforms including cloud computing mobile applications and web development.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management and project delivery.
