Job Summary

On Behalf of Our Clint we are looking for a Deputy Head of Construction.

Job Summary :

The Deputy Head of Construction is responsible for supporting the Head of Construction in managing and executing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety. They oversee teams and coordinate with clients contractors and suppliers. The role requires strong leadership skills indepth knowledge of construction processes and the ability to problemsolve and manage risks.

Responsibilities :

Project Management:Oversee project ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
Team Leadership:Guide teams and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Client Communication:Communicate with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs.
Budget Management:Monitor expenses and ensure costeffective solutions without compromising quality.
Risk Management:Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize them.
