Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Receptionist to join clients team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image for their company.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and meetings for employees

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and photocopying

Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Assist with organizing company events and meetings

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional and friendly demeanor

Fluency in English

Must be a Saudi National
