We are seeking for aAccount Manager McAfee whowillbedriving and improving vendor saleswhilst meeting the vendor and company objectives and targets.
What will you do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and provide ongoing customer support.
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client needs.
- Prepare reports and track account growth.
Which Talent do you bring
- 1 year in account management or customer success (preferably in tech or cybersecurity).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Problemsolving ability and a customerfocused attitude.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
