SUPERVISOR/MANAGER:ITManager.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and understand theclients business requirements processes and challenges to identify suitableOdoo solutions.
• Design configure and customizeOdoo modules and applications to meet the specific needs of the client.
• Collaborate with the clientsstakeholders to gather business requirements document functionalspecifications and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement Odoobasedintegrations with other enterprise systems such as CRM finance or HRapplications.
• Conduct testing troubleshootingand debugging of Odoo implementations to ensure the system is functioning asper the clients requirements.
• Provide comprehensive training andsupport to the clients endusers on the deployed Odoo solutions.
• Continuously monitor the Odoosystems performance identify areas for improvement and implementoptimization measures.
• Stay uptodate with the latestOdoo features modules and best practices and recommend upgrades orenhancements to the client.
• Document all Odoo configurationscustomizations and integration procedures to ensure knowledge transfer andeasy maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Odoodevelopment team to address complex technical issues provide input on featureenhancements and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
• Assist in the presales process byproviding technical demonstrations proofofconcepts and proposals forprospective clients.
• Participate in project planningresource allocation and timeline management to ensure the successful deliveryof Odoo implementations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or a related field.
• Certified Odoo FunctionalConsultant and/or Odoo Developer certification.
• Preferred: Masters degree inBusiness Administration (MBA) or a relevant postgraduate qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 57 years of experience asan Odoo TechnoFunctional Consultant or a similar role in the Odoo ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfulOdoo implementation projects including requirements gathering solutiondesign and deployment.
• Extensive experience inconfiguring customizing and integrating Odoo modules and applications to meetcomplex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of Odooscore modules such as Accounting Inventory Sales and CRM and theirintegration capabilities.
• Experience in developing customOdoo modules workflows and reports using Odoos development framework.
• Familiarity with Odoos databasemanagement security and user administration concepts.
• Knowledge of various Odoodeployment options including onpremise cloud and hybrid environments.

• Knowledge of web technologiessuch as HTML CSS and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems(e.g. Git) and deployment automation tools.
• Experience in integrating Odoowith various thirdparty applications and services.
• Understanding of Odoos securityuser access and multicompany functionality.
• Exposure to Odoos performanceoptimization techniques and scalability considerations.
