Job Summary


Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversees all feed production and delivery activities.

Must be capable of regular and predictable attendance

Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and agencies including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Provide leadership to employees

Establish and communicate expectations

Provide clear instructions

Coordinate production and delivery scheduling

Oversees all feed production and delivery activities

Work with company nutritionist and related vendors to ensure high quality cost effective and valueadded feed products.

Understand and ensure compliance with all transportation environmental and feed production regulations and policies.

Focus on biosecurity efficiency value and timeliness

Monitors all feed production equipment facility and truck maintenance and repairs

Maintains all required records and documentation related to production drug/supplement usage and feed transportation.

Provide information and recommendations to upper management related to feed production/transport and related cost reductions opportunities.

Establish implement and monitor an effective preventative maintenance program and assist in appropriate repair/replace decisions.

Establish new relationships with current customers as well as prospective customers.

Prepare capital budgets and expenditures

Implement quality control and operating procedures for the feed mill.

Requirements

A Well known FMCG group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire the position Feed Mill Manager

with the following skillsand qualifications:

Bachelors degree or completion of Vocational/Technical specialty certification in a related field.

10 years experience in feed mill and management (preferred in KSA)

Strong leadership and problemsolving skills

Familiar with livestock production.

Efficient in calculations cost/benefit analysis and complex scheduling methods.

Basic computer skills

Age from 35 50 years.
