Job Summary

Responsibilities

* Oversee the daytoday operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
* Manage and motivate a team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant industry regulations.
* Develop and manage budgets controlling costs and maximizing resources.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
* Problemsolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in operations management preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Analytical and problemsolving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

* Fluent Arabic (reading writing and speaking) required.

* Qatar Driving License required
