Job Summary
Bartender (Seasonal)
This candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks engaging with guests and ensuring an excellent guest experience as well as the ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels restocking as needed and informing management of shortages.
- Follow all health safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed such as serving food or assisting with special events.
Qualifications :
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
