Job Summary
1. Preparation of Subcontract orders and settlement of Subcontractors final accounts in accordance with company procedures and provisions of the Subcontract.
2. Prepare disruption schedules claim schedules variation contracharges
3. Reviewing contract documents and identifying variations between Contract documents and actual shop drawings.

Requirements
1. Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Civil Engineering / Architecture
2. Minimum 3 years experience in the field or project within relevant field
3. Technical knowhow or background of aluminium and glass
4. Strong computer and communication skills
