Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation commissioning configuration and maintenance of ABB PMS 800xA and AC800M HI controllers.
Conduct troubleshooting diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
Provide technical support and on-site service for ABB control systems at both onshore and offshore facilities.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance in compliance with ABB standards and client requirements.
Prepare service reports technical documentation and update system records.
Coordinate with project teams operations and ABB s global technical support for complex issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations FSMS standards and offshore operational protocols.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 10 years hands-on experience with ABB Power Management System (PMS) 800xA and AC800M HI controllers.
Certifications (Mandatory):
Relevant ABB Product Certifications
FSMS Certifications
T V Certification(s)
Requirements:
In-depth technical knowledge of ABB PMS 800xA architecture and AC800M HI controller applications in industrial settings.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills under offshore operational conditions.
Ability to work in offshore environments with valid offshore medical and safety certifications (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
