Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Coordinator to oversee the operations related to Gypsum IV within our organization.
The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities ensuring efficient utilization of resources and maintaining quality standards in the production and processing of Gypsum IV.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gypsum processing and a proactive approach to coordinating operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all activities related to the production and processing of Gypsum IV to meet production targets and quality standards.
2. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
3. Assist in developing and implementing production schedules ensuring efficient utilization of equipment and manpower.
4. Conduct regular quality checks on Gypsum IV products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
5. Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs for production equipment.
6. Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
7. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
8. Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Chemistry or a related field.
Candidate should haveExperienceinDAP (Diammonia Plant).
Experience in the same position not less than 5 years.
Work Location :Turaif or Ras Alkhair KSA
