Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Engineer specializing in Process Automation and
Control (PAP) for our Phosphoric Acid Plant.
The Engineer will play a crucial role in designing
implementing and maintaining automation systems to optimize the production processes within
the Phosphoric Acid Plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process
automation control systems and a deep understanding of Phosphoric Acid production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement process automation solutions specifically tailored for the Phosphoric Acid Plant to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
2. Collaborate with the operations team to understand automation requirements and develop control strategies to improve plant performance.
3. Program configure and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) DCS (Distributed Control Systems) SCADA systems and other automation devices.
4. Conduct system integration testing commissioning and validation of automation solutions to ensure seamless operation and adherence to quality standards.
5. Provide technical support for process automation systems including diagnosing issues implementing corrective actions and ensuring system reliability.
6. Monitor system performance analyze data trends and propose optimization strategies to maximize plant efficiency and output.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and industry best practices in all automation projects within the Phosphoric Acid Plant.
8. Document system configurations changes and procedures to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Electrical Chemical or related field.
Candidate should have Experience in DAP (Diammonia Plant).
Experience in the same position not less than 5 years.
Work Location :Turaif or Ras Alkhair KSA
