Job Summary
Managing and reviewing the implementation of the accounting practices through supervising the analysis of accounting data and providing timely and accurate information checking the accuracy of the work done by the accountants and ensuring that all transactions are recorded and posted correctly in the journal and the general ledger for TAJ ALSAFA and its projects.
Main Responsibilities
Supervising the maintenance of general ledger accounts payable revenue distribution depreciation cost property operating expenses and insurance records.
Maintaining and keeping proper accounting records and files supervising expenses and managing the assets as well as preparing and following up on accounting entries and accounts payables and other accrual expenses.
Ensures timely closure of books on monthly basis to deliver on time monthly quarterly and annual accounts in compliance with IFRS GAAP.
Implement and monitor various MIS systems for sales leasing and accounting. Liaise with IT on implementation and enhancement of existing IT systems for efficient and accurate financial and management reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- Dynamic problemsolving skills and sound judgment when making decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail multitasking prioritization and effective time management skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization effectively.
- Techsavvy
- Diversified accounting and tax background in Real Estate preferred
- A collaborative and flexible style with a strong service mentality
- Knowledge of GAAP Investment Company and IFRS applicable to commercial real estate investment
- Ability to lead collaborative teams effectively
