Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Supervisor to lead shift operations in the SAP & PAP production departments.
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production activities ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and optimizing operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP and PAP acid production and strong leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate shift operations in the SAP & PAP production departments to achieve production targets and quality goals.
2. Monitor production processes equipment performance and product quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
3. Lead and motivate a team of production operators providing guidance training and support as needed.
4. Implement and enforce safety protocols ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
5. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
7. Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
8. Prepare production reports analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry or a related field.
Candidate should have Experince in DAP (Diammonia Plant).
Experience in the same position not less than 5 years .
Work Location :Turaif or Ras Alkhair KSA
