Job Summary

Responding To customer inquiries by telephone Meeting Customers Helping to fulfill their Requests Following Up with CustomersMaking reservationsand creating customer service Reports.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales customer service or a similar role.
Proven track record in handling inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
Experience in booking reservations logging service reports.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
Ability to follow up handle objections and close sales effectively.
Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
Comfortable using basic computer tools (MS Office email) and telephone systems.
