Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Azure Technical Support Specialist with 13 years of experience to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and be dedicated to providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Azure services including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure applications and services.
- Assist customers in understanding Azure features and functionalities guiding them through best practices.
- Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for internal and customer use.
- Participate in oncall rotation to provide afterhours support as needed.
- Stay up to date with Azure updates features and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 13 years of experience in technical support or a similar role preferably with a focus on cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Virtual Machines Azure Active Directory SQL Database) and tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a customerfocused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Azure Administrator) are a plus.
