The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in Egypt. This role involves identifying business opportunities building strategic partnerships and promoting innovative solutions for clients.
Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances with technology providers suppliers and industry partners.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in and promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Technical Proposals: Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders including contractors consultants and government entities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations pricing strategies and terms to secure profitable deals.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and business development activities to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering Business or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 15 years of total experience
- Communication: Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building longterm customer relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Strong market analysis and strategic planning abilities
- Fluent Arabic and English both written and spoken. French is an additional asset.
- Experience in selling engineering and consultancy services into more than one sector out of the following is a prerequisite: rail mobility construction & buildings hospitality aviation operation & maintenance.
