Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
- Maintain highquality service standards
- Work according to a structured shift schedule including weekends
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (B2 C1 level)
- Must have successfully completed secondary school qualification or equivalent
- Comfortable working onsite
- Willing to work in a 7day shift rotation 8 AM 8 PM)
- No prior experience requiredjust a positive attitude and great communication skills!
