Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and expand our presence in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong 3PL background with over 10 years of experience in sales business development and supply chain operations. This role is critical in promoting our new costpercase model which integrates CRM sales operational capacity and advanced planning across warehousing demand planning trucking and distribution services for modern trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at growing the companys market share in the FMCG sector with a focus on 3PL warehousing transportation and distribution services.
Lead new client acquisition efforts and manage key relationships with modern trade partners ensuring optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.
Align closely with internal teams to ensure sales targets are met in conjunction with warehouse capacity demand planning and operational capabilities.
Negotiate and finalize service agreements particularly those involving costpercase models while ensuring profitability and alignment with customer needs.
Leverage CRM systems and sales analytics to monitor performance metrics and drive business growth.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership identifying market trends opportunities and competitive strategies.
Manage and mentor a highperforming sales team ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
10 years of experience in sales and business development with a solid background in 3PL and logistics environments.
Proven experience in the FMCG sector specifically in warehousing transportation and distribution with a focus on modern trade.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales strategies.
Supply chain certification (e.g. CPIM CSCP SCORP) is a plus.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment.
