About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing spreadsheets organizing trade conference data and supporting various business functions. Working directly with leadership this role will help streamline operations across marketing sales finance legal and accounting. Strong Excel proficiency organizational skills and written communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Spreadsheet & Data Management: Organize clean and analyze data from trade conferences to support sales and marketing.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars schedule meetings and handle general administrative tasks.
- Data Organization: Sort and categorize contact lists from industry events ensuring seamless coordination with the marketing team.
- Process Optimization: Assist in daily business operations allowing leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Bookkeeping Support (Potential): The role may expand to include basic bookkeeping and financial tracking in the future.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel (data organization sorting and basic analysis).
- Strong written English communication skills (email correspondence document preparation).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Familiarity with Slack for internal communication.
- QuickBooks experience (preferred but not required).
