An exciting opportunity with a Conglomerate services entity with offices in Cairo is recruiting a Resource Management Consultant. The business is one you would be proud to work for with a team of award winning Human Capital individuals. The role does require a skilled individual who has worked within a multifunctional team and will report to the Head of department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in people deployment delivery
- Workforce planning solutions
- Develop understanding of Resource Management People Deployment and Workforce Planning methodologies
- Be knowledgeable of portfolio growth plans to advice to the business on people deployment.
- Be influential in resourcing approach
- Understand key skills and experience of workforce
Experience required:
- Have gained experience within workforce planning and resource management.
- Have gained international exposure.
- Would have a commercial mindset to understand the financial implications of resource management decision.
- Be an analytical individual with good problem solving skills.
