Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our design team toconceptualize and create innovative architectural and spatial solutions.
  
• Use VR AR and other emerging technologies tocreate immersive and interactive architectural presentations and experiences.
  
• Experiment with parametric and generativedesign to optimize architectural solutions and design decisions.
  
• Continuously Research and stay updated on the latestarchitectural design trends and advancements in emerging technology.
  
• Work closely with clients to understand their uniquerequirements and translate them into techdriven design solutions.
  
• Develop technologydriven design tools andworkflows to streamline the architectural design process.
  
• Present design ideas and concepts to clientsand team members effectively.
  
• Contribute to the development of case studiesand publications showcasing the benefits of AI in architecture.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architectureor a related field.
  
• Proven experience in architectural designwith a portfolio showcasing your work.
  
• Strong proficiency in AIprompt engineeringand experience with AI tools and frameworks.
  
• Knowledge of generative design principles andAIdriven architectural software is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCADRhino Revit) and 3D modeling software.
  
• Strong coding skills and experience withprogramming languages commonly used in architectural design (e.g. PythonGrasshopper).
  
• Familiarity with sustainability principles anda passion for environmentally conscious design Excellent problemsolving skillsand the ability to think creatively.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
  
• Selfmotivated with a visionary mindset withthe ability to think outside the traditional architectural box.
  
• An insatiable curiosity and passion forpushing the boundaries of architecture through technology.
