Your strategic insights and collaborative spirit will be instrumental in optimizing endtoend highvolume planning processes for the DSP program ensuring the timely delivery of critical milestones that impact thousands of DSPs. Highvolume events are major surge periods that require managing dependencies across multiple teams.
You will partner closely with leaders from multiple teams in order to become a central figure that can lead in organizing highvolume rollout elements while having the broad scope to recognize risks that individual teams may not see.

Bachelors degree
Speak write and read fluently in English
3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
