Executive Assistant

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments organizing meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports presentations and other documents as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team including managing schedules coordinating meetings and responding to requests.
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phones responding to emails and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration communications or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role preferably in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
