Job Summary:Index is seeking a highly skilledand experienced Senior Manufacturing ERP Consultant to join our team. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems SAP Oracle Infor IFS and a strong background in manufacturing processes. Thisrole involves analyzing designing implementing and supporting ERP solutionsto optimize manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation and Management:
  
• Lead the implementation and customization of Epicor or similar ERP systems to meet business requirements.
  
• Manage and oversee ERP projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design ERP solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  
• System Analysis and Optimization:
  
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP solutions.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize ERP system performance and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  
• Training and Support:
  
• Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
  
• Develop user manuals training materials and documentation for ERP processes and procedures.
  
• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve ERPrelated issues.
  
• Continuous Improvement:
  
• Stay updated with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements.
  
• Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends.
  
• Collaborate with software developers and IT professionals to implement system enhancements and updates.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP consulting with a focus on manufacturing environments.
  
• Proven experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
  
• Experience with ERP system integration and data migration.
  
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
