Junior Chef
Job Summary
- Work Location:Riffa
- Work Schedule:6 days a week8 hours shift (either9am6pm or 10am7pm shiftwith 1 hour break)
Sandwich Preparation
- Create a variety of sandwiches using fresh ingredients including meats cheeses vegetables and spreads.
- Ensure all sandwiches are made to order and presented attractively.
- Prepare a range of salads incorporating seasonal ingredients and ensuring freshness.
- Experiment with dressings and toppings to enhance flavor profiles.
- Juice fruits and vegetables to create refreshing healthy beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice preparation area.
- Develop and prepare healthy snacks and bites such as energy balls brownies cakes.
- Stay updated on health trends to introduce new menu items.
- Keep the pantry/kitchen area clean and organized following health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management including ordering supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Work experience as a Barista would be a plus.
- Strong passion for healthy eating and cooking.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage time effectively.
- Team player with good communication skills.
