CompanyOur client is a Multi concept F&B company. They are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to be based in Bahrain.Duties & Responsibilities: - Set tools and objectives for departments or units.
- Develop budgets and ensure department adheres to it.
- Participate in developing policies and procedures.
- Manage staff.
- Hire train and terminate workers as needed.
- Determine salary brackets.
- Handle employee relations.
- Attend and preside over meetings.
- Maintain employee records.
- Manage and direct overall operations.
- Set goals for each department.
- Clearly communicate goals to department heads.
- Measure the success of each department.
- Manage support staff.
- Delegate responsibility.
- Generate and present reports on departmental goals.
- Ensure high customer and client satisfaction.
- Solicit customer feedback.
- Ensure inventory is stocked and consistently replenished.
- Promote companys mission and values.
Qualification & Requirements:- Must have experience managing an F&B company (that has multiple concepts/branches)
- Must have experience as a CEO or Manager.
- Must have experience running companies in Bahrain.
- Ability to create shareholder monthly reports about the companys performance.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated achievement in staff selection coaching and development.
