About the Role:

Join a leading energy technology company developing cutting-edge clean-water cooling systems for high-voltage electrical components. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical System Design Engineer to be part of a small expert design team driving innovative system solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and dimension complete cooling systems based on customer specifications and internal technical requirements
Perform pressure drop system volume and expansion tank calculations to ensure reliable operation
Create flow diagrams and P&IDs that meet technical and customer requirements
Select and specify major components including pumps coolers and motors
Enter approved components into SAP and maintain accurate project documentation
Take ownership of projects independently or collaborate closely with colleagues
Work with internal teams and international customers to ensure project success

What Were Looking For:

5 years of experience in pipe or system design for industrial processes (cooling water treatment wastewater biogas ships oil & gas or nuclear)
Strong skills in system dimensioning flow/pressure calculations P&ID development and component selection
Practical understanding of manufacturing and installation processes
Self-driven detail-oriented and curious with excellent collaboration and communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
