Role Responsibilities
Deliver tailored interventions for students with EHCPs and additional learning needs.
Teach small groups and 1:1 sessions focused on literacy numeracy and social communication.
Work closely with the SENCO to implement support plans and track student progress.
Liaise with parents external agencies and class teachers to ensure consistent support.
Requirements
Experience supporting students with SEND (teaching qualification desirable but not essential).
Strong understanding of EHCP processes and differentiated learning strategies.
Excellent communication skills and a nurturing patient approach.
