Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze $150M in external legal spend preparing monthly reporting for senior management and investment teams
- Serve as the primary liaison to external law firms for budgetary reporting and invoicing matters
- Support the preparation tracking and filing of SEC and other regulatory securities filings
- Assist with negotiating and reviewing Confidentiality Agreements Engagement Letters and other legal documentation
- Partner with internal teams across the global platform to ensure accurate reporting strong communication and timely execution
- Drive process improvements across legal operations and support ad-hoc legal projects
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from a well-regarded school
- 3-6 years experience at a major law firm or in-house at an investment or financial services organization
- Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting and presenting large data sets in Excel
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to interact diplomatically across internal teams and external counsel
- Knowledge of basic financial instruments; prior SimpleLegal experience is a plus
