Day-to-Day

  • Lead finance and accounting workstreams for M&A deals from due diligence through post-acquisition integration
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across finance tax legal treasury and corporate development
  • Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues (business combinations equity method investments joint ventures)
  • Support external audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • Collaborate with finance transformation and IT to integrate acquired entities into corporate systems
  • Stay ahead of evolving M&A guidance and share insights with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience including Big 4 public accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP with focus on business combinations and investment accounting
  • Experience in financial due diligence and M&A transactions including post-close integration is ideal
  • Exposure to cross-border M&A FX and international accounting standards a plus
