Day-to-Day

Lead finance and accounting workstreams for M&A deals from due diligence through post-acquisition integration
Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across finance tax legal treasury and corporate development
Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues (business combinations equity method investments joint ventures)
Support external audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
Collaborate with finance transformation and IT to integrate acquired entities into corporate systems
Stay ahead of evolving M&A guidance and share insights with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
5-8 years of experience including Big 4 public accounting
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP with focus on business combinations and investment accounting
Experience in financial due diligence and M&A transactions including post-close integration is ideal
Exposure to cross-border M&A FX and international accounting standards a plus
