Day-to-Day
- Lead finance and accounting workstreams for M&A deals from due diligence through post-acquisition integration
- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across finance tax legal treasury and corporate development
- Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues (business combinations equity method investments joint ventures)
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Collaborate with finance transformation and IT to integrate acquired entities into corporate systems
- Stay ahead of evolving M&A guidance and share insights with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
- 5-8 years of experience including Big 4 public accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP with focus on business combinations and investment accounting
- Experience in financial due diligence and M&A transactions including post-close integration is ideal
- Exposure to cross-border M&A FX and international accounting standards a plus
