About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Staff / Operations Assistant who can manage daily office tasks support operations and handle driving duties when required. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge good communication skills and the ability to manage routine office work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Perform driving duties as needed (documents office errands client visits).
- Manage data entry file organization and basic computer tasks (MS Office email etc.).
- Assist in preparing reports maintaining records and supporting office staff.
- Coordinate with vendors clients and team members for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in office premises.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Driving License (LMV).
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Office WhatsApp email handling printing & scanning.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle outdoor tasks and office errands confidently.
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduates also welcome).
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Prior experience in office assistance or operations.
- Knowledge of basic documentation and record-keeping.
