Modalities: XR CT MR US
Sub specialty case mix: ER Neuro
EMR System: Epic
PACS System: Merge Unity
Dictation System: Moddule
Daily volume expectations (per 8 hr shift)
Volume: 90-100
wRVUs: 60-70

Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
Hourly - $300/hr. (up to 8hr shift/33 wRVUs) $45/ additional wRVU (beyond 33) per shift. (FIRM)
Holiday Hourly
Overtime
Holiday Overtime
Conversion fee

Requirement description :
Board Certification - REQUIRED
Active FL License - REQUIRED
DEA Registration - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
MUST NOTE providers shift preference at time of submission - REQUIRED
