| 2. Integration & Commissioning |
| Integrate Mitsubishi PLCs with HMIs (e.g. ProfaceGOT series) and SCADA systems. |
| Commission new control panels or automation systems. |
| Integration of Vision system Electric screw drivers and nut runners Glue dispensing system |
| Part Assembly component assembly experience |

| 3. Electrical Maintenance |
| Maintain and repair electrical components like motors drives (e.g. Mitsubishi FR series inverters) sensors and contactors. |
| Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS tools. |
| |
| 4. Control Systems Optimization |
| Improve system efficiency and reliability by updating ladder logic or optimizing control loops. |
| Support production teams with real-time fault diagnostics. |
| |
| 5. Safety & Compliance |
| Ensure all modifications comply with electrical codes and safety standards. |
| Use lockout/tag out procedures and risk assessments during maintenance. |
