Job Title : Junior Oracle EBS Functional Support Consultant (AP/AR/GL)

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 1-3 Years

Location : Hyderabad Telangana / Chennai Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

Experience in Oracle EBS Functional Support.
Basic understanding of financial processes (AP AR GL).
Understanding of P2P O2C and accounting concepts.
Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow Remedy Jira etc.).
Ability to analyze issues identify root causes and propose solutions.
A good understanding of SQL (basic queries) is an advantage.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules including AP AR and GL.
Investigate analyze and resolve Level 1 & Level 2 production issues.
Guide end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities best practices and process flows.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Gather and document user requirements for small enhancements or process improvements.
Analyze process gaps and propose solutions under senior consultant guidance.
Support the implementation of new functionalities or modules.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
