Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)
1. Using agile methodology values principles and practices to plan manage and deliver solutions.
2. Should be from Technical background only.
3. Training mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values principles and practices.
4. Determining and managing tasks issues risks and action items.
5. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events meetings and decision-making processes.
6. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
7. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
8. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
9. Tracking project processes deliverables and financials.
10. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
11. Working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions.
12. Leadership and management experience
Mandatory Skills : Scrum Master/ Project Manager.
